Login and Authentication Errors

'Invalid credentials'

  • Double-check the server URL — the port number matters.
  • Confirm username and password character by character.
  • Make sure your subscription is active (contact support if unsure).

'Max connections reached'

Your plan's simultaneous stream limit has been hit. Log out on one device or upgrade to a higher-device plan.

Missing Channels or Categories

Refresh the playlist inside the player settings. If channels are still missing, the group may have been moved or renamed. Contact support with the group name and we will guide you.

No Audio or Wrong Language

  • Long-press the channel to open the audio track menu and select the correct language.
  • Switch audio output between PCM and Passthrough in player settings.
  • Restart the stream to reset the audio decoder.

EPG (Programme Guide) Empty

The EPG downloads asynchronously the first time. Wait up to five minutes, then refresh from Settings > EPG. If it is still empty, verify your credentials with Xtream Codes login (not M3U-only) which pulls the guide automatically.

Playback Freezes or Crashes

  • Update the player and the device firmware.
  • Enable hardware decoding.
  • Clear the app cache.
  • If the crash is consistent, uninstall and reinstall the player.
