Test Compatibility First

When a trial is available, we strongly encourage customers to test the service on their own device and internet connection before purchasing a plan. This is the most reliable way to confirm compatibility and performance in your specific environment.

Refund Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed individually. Please contact support through WhatsApp with your order details and a description of the issue so the team can investigate.

Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on factors including activation status, technical evidence of the reported issue, usage of the subscription, and whether the support team was given a reasonable opportunity to resolve the problem.

There is no automatic guarantee of a refund after subscription credentials have been delivered, as digital access begins at that point.

Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged twice for the same order, contact support with both payment references. Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed and addressed.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted to the support team through WhatsApp at +212 724 563 845. Please include your order date, plan, and the payment method used.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and typically range from a few business days to two weeks.
